At Arıtaş, employees are subject to annual business targets and a performance evaluation system. Performance goals are determined as specific, measurable, accessible, result-oriented and time-limited. Interim evaluations are made within the year for the determined targets and necessary updates are provided, if any.

Performance results of employees according to their defined status are taken into consideration in many areas such as rewarding, promotion and determining training needs.
